me and my bro want to fight each other in 8 player on 2 different computers in our house at the same time on the LAN play mode, but it wont work. The room shows up, but it wont let you get in.

Does amyone know why?

im not even realy sure what LAN play is so that might be the problem.

Do you have any active firewalls running on either computer, these include hardware and software firewalls. (Not certain yet the router firewalls might be included, if you have one try opening ports 2000-6000 on UDP and TCP and forwarding them to the computer which is attempting to host.)

I was taking a chance you would know something about computers and be able to do it yourself, yet I will be happy to assist you further with detailed instructions. Do you have an XFire account where I can attempt a debugging process with you live?

Fairly difficult to run over all the possible problems here, and it will take a long time. I would suggest you download XFire, make an account, then tell me your User Name so I can add you as a friend. Once that's done I can chat with you live so we can try to find a solution to your problem.
