Ok, recently the store at which I worked was robbed at gunpoint- he got lots of money along with my credit card (cancelled the next day) unfortunately, I forgot that my billing was set to use that cc, so when it came time to charge me, it was declined and my account was 'Locked'.
Tonight I tried to go in and change the cc that was being used
I first went into my account history and everything went smoothly, however when I try to access any other part of my account it says my login/pass is incorrect (time and time again) So I cannot renew my account billing information.
Any help appreciated
