Can someone tell me another way of getting into contact with skuzzy besides e-mailing him?  Because apparently he doesn't read those.  Should i PM him or what?

I assure you that Skuzzy reads support@hitechcreations.com.

Is your subject worthwhile?
Apparently, one in five people in the world are Chinese. And there are five people in my family, so it must be one of them. It's either my mum or my dad. Or my older brother, Colin. Or my younger brother, Ho-Chan-Chu. But I think it's Colin. - Tim Vine.

Whether his suject is worthwhile to Skuzzy shouldn't be a factor in getting a response. He could at least send a response, even if it just says "Thanks for the e-mail"  That just shows respect to the customers.

I would suspect that on any given day HTC receives a few hundred emails that all say  "SQUEEEEEEEEEK!"

I am not surprised that each and every one doesn't get a reply.

in the last year and a half I have sent 2 emails to Skuzzy.. both of vastly different subject matter.

In both cases I received a reply the next day.   ..the reply was not "canned" and was specific to the email i had sent.

HTC and crew are good people:aok

Skuzzy reads each and every email sent to him.  You might not get a reply, depending on the email, but he reads 'em.

Havin' an inkling (just a little) of what he must go through every day, I would like to petition the AH community for HiTech to make it a flat $15.00 and give that extra nickle to Skuzzy as a raise.  (ok, so that's only a few hundred bucks more a month, but the guy is one of the hardest workin' people you will find, and that might help offset his beer tab the guy has GOT to run up after dealin' w/ US every day)

Question.   When was the last time you prayed to God and got a response?

Er....not that I'm comparing Skuzzy to God or anything.  Aw crap, I am aren't I.

I respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt (except for weekends and holidays).  I was out sick yesterday.  I am out sick today, but came in to get my emails answered.  And they are all answered.

As a general rule.  If you do not get an answer from me within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays), then re-send the email.

Skuzzy had to be forcebly removed from the movie "You've Got Mail" after he started foaming at the mouth and screaming something about "dam kids and their %$$#% cartoon aeroplanes"
