I picked up a Samsung 19" 932B at Circuit City with a 5ms response, and the "Dynamic Contrast" is 2000:1. The specs can be a bit misleading, but this thing has been wonderful. No ghosting, dead pixels, doesn't take up 3 sq feet of desktop, doesn't heat the room, buzz, bark, spark or smoke.

Doesn't have wallmount capability, and the stand lacks any useful adjustment, but I built a simple riser for 10 bucks that put the monitor right where I want it. Runs 1280x1024 native (what I play games at), and the picture has more than enough adjustments for my liking. For $230 bucks, I couldn't be happier with it.

Definitely recommend hitting the stores and seeing them in action; this display isn't, by the specs, as good as some I looked at, but I have no real complaints about it's performance.
