The subject is "how to clean up a FUZZY picture with an existing low-res original using cheap, available software and limited training"...

...and NOT "how to recreate a pixel-by-pixel higher resolution master using complicated hand-painting and fractal generation".

But in that context, Bill, you would be right, and I bow to your mastery. ;)
