Has anybody noticed that if you use the mission channel when you join a mission other people from other countries can use it too and hear what ur saying? This really needs to be fixed because we have had multiple missions spoiled because of this.

Only if your mission leader foolishly chooses a channelnumber higher than 200. Have seen that a few times ;)

BTW the "safest" channel would be "#5 -Mission". Not even your fellow countrymen can listen to it, unless they actuively joined your mission.
