This is the only part you should worry about, NOT that you didn't get an answer. You sent your concern and they too care of it the way they felt it need to be taken care of. They may not always be the way YOU want it, but thats too bad.

Oh and coming on these boards trashing someone who "voluntarily" gives his time to help others, isn't funny.
