Yes, it may do so openly but that's simply nobody's business. Why would you want to send that information to a third party?
Why would you want to track your deaths and kills in Aces High? Or any other kind of information?
Displaying the game i'm playing is quite useful for my friends to know, and as such come play with me without even needing to ask. It's a completely opt-in program. You display it when you want, when you don't you just keep the program shut down and it relays nothing.
