town building signs

What are the words written on the town buildings? I can never make them out, but can see that there's something written on there.  It looks like the same phrase on all of the buildings, just can't make out what it is.

They aren't all the same. Here are the ones I'm pretty sure of...

Mess Hall
Superfly's Pad
Scooby Dooby Doo

There is one more I can't figure out.

It goes back a few years ago when SHawk was vulching me in a D9.  I told him I was going to bomb his house in the nearest town but I could not find it.  So, some of my squadies went out in M8s and marked them for me.  So, the sign says "SHawk property.  Place bombs here"

NHawk, I appreciated your reply the most. I really did mean the question seriously, and am glad for your answers.  I still can't make out the signs, even with your labels *smile* I think I need to find my glasses before hopping onto the boards. :)
