ok so i finaly took enough trash out to be given permision to upgrade.

i am looking at motherboards right now can anyone give me the advantages of duel core and quad core prossessers????? will a quad even work on this game????????

Intel Core 2 Duo is the best bet for your $$$ at the moment performance wise IMHO. Quad core will work with AH but offer no advantage at the moment.

Im an AMD / ASUS / nVidia guy. Swear by em. I am NOT, however, a Windows guys (let alone Vista). I know there are some issues with AHII and AMD Dual Cores with Vista so Intel may be the way to go for you.
