Not that I know of.. what does that matter ? countries can hide their CV anywhere.. this person purposely switched countries to screw us!

No.

It was a Bish CV right out of its own port.

It's not cheating.  It's just wrong.

It would be nice (and would prevent instances like this one from getting a lot of negative attention) if you had to wait a couple of hours after you switched countries before you could take control of a CV (no matter what your rank is).

Hmm.. lets not go back to the "couple of hours" or "couple of days" time frame for switching countries. With the ENY monster going nuts, imagin e what it would be if people couldn't switch for hours or worse, days. That is the sole reason as to why it was changed to an hour, and honestly, if thats all it causes is a few whines because of "spies" than so be it.

Only time "spies" have an affect on your gaming experience is if you are trying to win a war that never ends anyway.

Spying - Switching sides to report to squadies or former country men what the enemy is doing and where their forces are.

Cheating - Using codes to your advantage, such as the H2H incident.
