Ok first off we are supposed to belive that FEMA the govt run group that was headed up by a horse lawyer. Not to mention took days to react to Hurricane Katrina and when they did, it was far too little far too late.
Now we are supposed to belive these guys are going to take over the US and world with their black helicopters and private army from Black water?
Did you ever stop to think, that FEMA is the group that will be in charge if a major infectious disease has an outbreak in the US. You know like Ebola or smallpox. Much less if it was carried out in a terrorist attack.
You ever stop to think, that in order to be ready for something like that, they would need controlled isolated areas to hold infected people and dispose of the infected bodies?
I'm not a fear mongrel, but I do have enough sense, to realize that a bio attack is much more likely than a nuke attack in regards to terrorism. It's much easier and cheaper to produce bio weapons than to produce nuclear weapons. Making Bio weapons much more likely to be used in an attack on the US however it's nuclear whom gets all the press.
In fact even the Soviets did an extreme amount of research on using various bio weapons. In the event that we went to war with the Soviet Union, they had plans to infect the general population inside the US with small pox.
It was their day after doom plan.. If it ever came down to a nuclear war they planned to finish off the survivors with small pox.
So I know our govt tends to be a total cluster frunk at most times and would likely screw it up anyway. However you ever stop to think these are very likely to be used in the event of some sort of pandemic flu or bio attack taking place?
One could only hope that our govt is prepared for something like that taking place.

FACT: man made global warming had NOTHING to do with THOSE temperature changes!
Fact: Mars is ALSO getting warmer.
No one has ever argued that global climate change isn't normal process of this planet. I'm pretty sure everyone agrees that the earth has warmed and cooled in the past.
The argument is, for the first time in the Earth's history, mankind is affecting the process as in helping to speed it up.
