The simplest answer is that it is a natural result of the type of game they play. The more complex answer is that there is some kind of nefarious conspiracy to raise their rank.
You really want us to believe that it's statistically more likely that:
a) 1200 or more players just happened to be in a position to be killed by the same player in only the first 5 days of a TOD, at a rate of roughly 2 or so in less than the amount of time that it takes to take a pee and get a beverage from the fridge, in a steady stream for over an average of more than 10 hours a day each day, with only 1 in 40 of the helpless victims able to turn the tables and get a kill on their attacker instead?

I really couldn't care whether they are or aren't personally - I just want to know whether there is still open seats on the wagon and what the payolla is.
I seriously doubt anyone could legitimately sustain that kind of an average at a Chuckie Cheese against the Whack-a-mole machine.
