Old program question

I still have my original copy of red alert aftermath and counter strike. They are win 95 games and don't work on 98 or vista.

Does anyone have an idea about the patch to allow them to work?

Try this...

Install red alert as follows:
open cd, setup95 folder, install.exe
set compatibility mode on install.exe to win98/me

Install Red Alert 1.08 patch:
http://ftp://ftp.westwood.com/pub/redalert/updates/RA108USP.EXE\

Then set compatibility on RA95.exe as follows:
mode: win98/me
run in 640x480 screen resolution
disable visual themes
disable desktop composition
disable display scaling on high dpi setting
