The M8 may not be used much, but it sure is a fun ride! We rooks were trying to take A19 from nits in Orange this morning (or atleats I think we were), so I decieded to up a M8 and see what I could do. I set up infront of their FH and had 3 of their 5 plane spawns camped. Shot 6 guys on the runway and 2 more that just got into the air before I died (8 kills = 42 perks btw

). Reupped and found myself all alone on the base with nits taking off everywhere, so I hid in the hagar and shot at anything that crossed infront of me. Tracked a T34 and shot a B25 wing half off that run. Upped one more time and di hit-and-runs on the runways, and chased a spit that was taking off down, but couldn't kill him.

Had tons of fun, and recommend more people to try the M8 out (its a fast il bugger)

It's the GV I have most fun in. Panzers are my favorite prey.

Yea I used to use it quite often prior to the change in map terrain. Now there just aren't enough hiding spots for it.

I used to sit in the old tree groves and wait for a passing panzer to drive by. I'd then run up behind then and take out their turret. Then just drive behind then pop round in it till the tank blew up.

Now there is just no where to hide and set up attacks, so I don't use it very often. Sometimes I'll sit behind a group of houses or in a barn but it only works once or twice before the enemy knows what you are doing. Back with the old trees you could just find another tree grove to suprise them from.

lol what do you do just sit on the spawn and shoot them from inside?

I took 14 Panzers in one sortie using an M8 once. And in an open brawl. Died when I ran out of ammo and tried to egress from the fighting.

Nah, it was a brawl. I came very close, to a very messy 75mm death many times in that fight.

Spawn camping wouldn't have counted for a comment.

Done it tons of times, by far one of the most funnest thing to do. Most kills I got doing this was 10-12 I think. Kept preying we would take the base before I died but we never did.
