Is it me, or is the Ostwind getting weaker every Tour. Just yesterday i was taking 10-15mg hits and my turret was going out.

It's just you - Ostwind hasn't changed.
And open topped turrets are really vulnerable to MG rounds bouncing all around inside them ;)

I think some pilots are getting better at diving down on the Ostie from near vertical to deliver their MG & cannon right into the turret.  I agree with you on the softness, but unfortunately it is the nature of this particualr beast.  They know once that is done, it is pretty well castrated!  I only sit still when in a friendly airfield, otherwise I am moving in 3rd or 4th gear, constantly changing direction to make it tough on them.
