Someone sent me a link to this auction in email.

It is insane the amount of old video game crap this guy has. 50 to 60 large boxes worth.

I wonder why he is selling.

Since there are so many duplicate games and sytems all of which are "console game" item, I'd bet he was an owner of a used game store. It looks like this is all that is left of his inventory and he's just putting it out to get rid of it.

If he would have sold that stuff individually on eBay I bet he would have gotten 3 or 4 times the money. I bet that is what the winning bidder is going to do.

Some of those 2600 carts with the original box are worth $50 alone.
