you come off as shallow and arrogant.    You are quick with some quip but dodge out as fast as you can when asked for your opinion.   the one exception I have seen was your movie review of thin red line.  

It is easy to simply make fun of some point or another of someone elses post.. especially if you never open up.

But... even being careful to dodge.. the dodge itself and the things you attack are telling.   you are a lefty.   I have no idea of why you are being dishonest about it.   The usual reasons lefties are like that probly apply tho.

No Frode... I've seen to many people screwed over in my life and would never do that.

If I was elected it would be for the American people. Better education, Immigration laws, secured borders, health care, less taxes and bringing home American jobs for Americans.

The American people need a break from these two party thugs and bring back America.  I just want to save the Country I love.  The Dems and Repubs have given away so much of America and for what?  Nothing.  It's not fair to our Elder Americans...struggling to make ends meet from day to day... It's not fair to our Young Americans struggling to reach an Educational goal and become Americas new Leaders.  Educational Growth and Heath care are very important to you and I, our children and our parents and grandparents.

As a President I'd work for you and at no cost.  I've ate my share of Mac and Cheese. Just give me a sandwich with a bowl of tomato soup and lunch is done... Maybe some pork chops for dinner... Hell I can cook my own food too.

I'm not in it for the money. Money corrupts. Look at both of the Political Partys over all these years.  Nothing but false promises and corruption!

I'd make Congress, Senate and the House of Reps on both sides work actually 40+ hours a day. Hell I've worked longer days than some of them have worked in a weeks time.  If you're voted in to a position by the People then you owe it to work for the People!  Lets see if Govt elected reps would endure pay cuts and still represent the people.  My guess is NO they'd haul bellybutton outta there.

Just ask your elected rep what they do on a weekly basis... it would take more that 6 Months for them to get back to you... yet they have time for fundraisers, golf, trips...err information juantas with staff to far away places at your expense.

Just what is your expense anymore?

LOL Lefty socialism?  Son for the most part of my life I was a strong Republican Right Winger.  I loved Reagan and even liked Ross Perot. I admire Abraham Lincoln and Kennedy also. I support the Constitution and believe in America.  Yet I fear the likes of Nixon and I still belive Carter is lame. Ford was a great President as was FDR.

You fear change because Americans can make a difference.

Now the button I pushed on you is the one that you can't visualize a change.  Change scares the crap out of you. You're afraid of change and if anyone mentions change you feel as though someone just pissed into your Wheaties... I was kidding about my post that led to this, btw. It will be hard, at best, though, for someone from mainstream America to break into politics without the connections' that most politicos' have, though. They screen carefully for those that will uphold the status quo, rather than radical change(that might affect their hegemony, that is.)

It's not a problem to most any of us here, Mac. The real fight is breaking into the political arena, with anything short of an actual armed conflict on U.S. soil (Revolution, anyone?) I'm talking about the ensconsed power-base of career politicians' already in this country. They don't want anyone from the 'outside' to rock they're boat...They might get treated like criminals, or something!

arlo.. how I feel about things and why is never in doubt.. only you and now mac seem to think so.   I think I spend a great deal of time explaining exactly how I feel about things and what would be my solutions.

mac..  your ideas would increase taxes more that even "the great society" that LBJ scumbag came up with.  

my platform would be almost identical to ron pauls.  I would make for less taxes by getting rid of most government services... you would increase them.

Tell me... how are you going to decrease taxes and increase giveaways?

I would want a voucher system to start.. then I would do away with free public schools altogether once taxes were pretty much eliminated.   You could pay for private school out of the money you saved in taxes.

I would first arrest all employers who hired illegals and then... try to do away with benifiets for everyone.   no government handouts.   No social security.. no welfare.. no free or food unless it is from some charity.
