sounds kind of lame, but i'm really happy. I've been doing my screenie things for a while now, and have seen some of the masterpieces on screenshotart.com, and wondered, "how the hell do they do that??? i wish mine looked that good!"
one thing they do is a 'spotlight', i kind of kudos award for a picture. if it's really good, and people respond well to it, they give you a 'spottie' and upload it to the site's gallery, sort of a wall of fame if you will, of all the best pics on the site.
i just earned my first spottie for my unseen enemy pic, and earning a spottie has been a goal of mine for a long time, trying to improve my skills to the point whey i could convey my ideas well, and put my imagination on canvas as it were.
so yeah, well chuffed that people thought my pic was good enough for a spottie
I'm also really happy that i've represented AH on a site totally infested with IL2 junkies, so you know, goes to prove that with a bit of smoothing and some lighting AH can look really purty
