The Upper Freehold Township (NY I think) made a pretty big mistake when printing their ballots and literature and approved a measure for 1/100th the amount they intended.  

Similar to Verizon's inability to understand the difference between $.07 and .07 cents earlier this year.

Of course, they're trying to find a way to fix the error in their favor, government is awfully free with spending other people's money.  Don't try 'fixing' a mistake like that the other direction, though.
