Good list though.   More accurate than the other one.

Last night was typical of Rookdom. We needed supplies at HQ so 1/2 dozen guys jumped into goons and started flying there. Ive always had fighters come to my aid when I needed it in crippled bombers.

We have lotsa good people in Rookdom but in all fairness theres a lot of good people on all 3 teams. I cant become a knit cause there are some great Buff hunters on the knits and I like the challenge. That and generally knits dislike bombers coming in which keeps me on my toes.

Wish some people came to my aid...

So here I am jumping around bases in big arena. I go to A22 in a typh to pork it after the nits took it. I kill their troops. Jump to P23, see there is a CV off shore. Up a set of 26s and kill it, while killing a couple of LVTs when landing. 10 minutes pass, and 80 starts flashing. I jump there, there is a CV off shore. I call out for help, jump in the SB and hit the cruiser a few times. It is still shelling the base, so I up an F6F to kill it. I call out for help again. Still no one comes. I kill the cruiser, and got killed by a 5". I jump in the manned ack and kill a couple of planes. Still calling out for help. By then they had well over 5 cons there, versus my 1. Just out of curiosity I look at the Nit/Bish fronts. Well, there are no darbars, and 1 base flashing throughout all of their front. A Vbase nonetheless. So I played my part to try and help.

This is true to one degree or another. From my recent experiences, having flown for all 3 countries, the rooks are more guilty of what I stated.  Maybe it hurts some feelings, as it seems Bear76's case.  I'm assuming it did at least, I've never heard of the guy so I don't know  him.

Anyway, I am speaking directly from my experience.  I suppose some of you can post arguments that I didn't actually experience what I did.. I know there are those who actually try to argue that.  lol

I consider myself relatively unbiased.  Heck,  most of my longterm AH friends are rooks as I have a long history of being rook. The last couple of tours I have been logging on and switching to the side with the fewest numbers.. except for one tour when I avoided bish for strictly personal reasons.

When all sides are relatively equal, I fly rook.  A couple .. three or four, years ago it was the rooks who were constantly and dramatically outnumbered.  I stayed rook through some real beatings.. it went on for months, then RJO was born.  Those were great times.

Then your comment about me whining was merely an inflammatory troll.  I see.

Running back to countrymen seems to be a Bish favorite past time, along with hiding in ack.. I would say the same for the nits except you never find them by themselves as they already have their 10 gangtards with them.

*sigh* some of the original stuff i posted in this thread was tongue in cheek.... since everyone took it so literally, I just assumed everyone checked their humor at the door.
