Who is Voss? I keep seeing his name popped up and read a few articles on him but nothing

Voss = JohnnyRa??

Trying to get an idea on what this guy is since there are 400 posts on him.

Not sure about he "linear progression" claim, Fester. Metatron had a KPD and KPH that were miles better than Joker2, and joker2s stats start in the 0.2 range with very slow progression to its current level just over still under 2. It seems much more like a new guy's pattern than the emergence of a shade...someone with high KPD tendencies, it seems to me, would have a hard time keeping things that bad for that long.

I have no stake in the issue at all, just saying that I'm not convinced by the stats evidence.
