What did yall think of Titanic Tueday?

Me, for one, didn't like it much. Sure there were 3-4 big furballs on each front for some dogfighting, but there were just too many hordes. I had a hard time finding a good fight. I'd get on someone and then 3 of his friends would get on me.

What did everyone else think of it? Did you like it or not? Why or why not?

Let me start by saying that I like "Titanic Tuesday."  It was a little bit of a change.  We got the big map with the furball characteristics of the small maps.  I think there was something for everyone.  5 squaddies tired to "sneak" a base, which would have been no problem with a big map and two arenas.  Last night we were repulsed.  That's the game, and win or loose I enjoyed it.

I don't believe this problem is related to "Titanic Tuesday."  It's simply a Late War  phenomenon.  I don't expect a fair fight and don't intend to give one.  I can't tell you how many times I have started a 1v1, and had my soon to be kill "stolen" by a countryman, or had my a@@ saved by a countyman.  It all evens out.  On the other had, I have had some nice long running 1v1s or 2v2s in MW, EW or AvA.  

Just my two cents worth.

Were you in the same Universe as the rest of us? Everybody was getting "banged"! There were DarBars along the entire front lines of all three countries... Comments like yours are why I've always been a bishop or knight. There is nothing better than a rook whining in the tower on 200 about how some "dweeb" just flamed/HOd/cheated/augered him. Bunch of spoiled sports, sore loosers and whiners (most of the rooks are) in my book. [The A8s are a notable exception... I don't understand why they fly over there but ane good guys none the less]

Titanic Tuesday was the most intense action I've seen since the old AH (1 arena) days. Good Idea HiTech!

Titanic Tuesday was a blast!!!  I have always wished AH had kept the large arena so that squads could fly together, make more opportunity for large missions, etc... BUT if I have that one night at least that I can count on, I am happy.

As long as Titanic Tuesday sticks around, the way it was last night, I will pretty much keep my lips zipped about the arena caps the rest of the time. I am now a happy camper.

PS: A MegaMonday added wouldnt hurt my feelings a bit!!!:p

Let's see...on Tuesday I was the victim of the ho, the vulch, and the cherry pick. I was pretty much pwnd the entire night. Well, I did land some kills one time.

It was fine. No trouble finding a fight. HAd something for everyone if they looked around a bit. Kind of like the old times from days gone by.

I enjoyed it alot. And I got ganged...hoed...shot to cra*....just like the small capped arenas.....just more to choose from with the ONE BIG ARENA.
