OK, so what's the deal Texas?

Why is it that every time I visit Texas, that I see people habitually throwing their trash out the window.  I mean come on... driving down the 30 to the 20 is like driving through a dump...  wtf is up with this?

I'm damm glad I live in Oklahoma...sending Illegals South as fast as they ran here.

I know, we keep kicking those tourists out that trash up our roads... but they love it so much here that they keep coming back!

Texas is right up there with Montana as my favorite states. Ive never been in a state with so many beautiful woman as Texas. And they love to shoot, to hunt, to drink beer....Which makes them even more perfect.

I think most of the Texas highways are pretty clean but there are areas where people just don't give a ****. I remember before the anti-litter campaign of the 60's though and the highways then looked like a garbage dump.
