dont know your id exactly but i got your message from CH200 about shooting through a hill.
Well sir in my scope you were out in the open as plane as saggy tits on a boar, i could see you from the bottem of your tracks to the top of your turret,  and if you were behind a hill and hid then theres something wrong with the mapping or something, i was beside another guy shooting at you too and got a nice kill from him, maby he seen something different then what i did,  (it makes me wonder too) about shooting through hills.
but there was no hill between you and i from what i could see.

im not tuned to ch200 but i was told you were pretty upset with the ordeal and i remember the name also and the shot, one of 4 kills to 50 deaths i had in that melay on that base so i was alittle more psst then you were in that battle and calling me names isnt really the way to go there but i can understand the frustration  been there and had that happen to me and getting shot behind trees that are from the ground up.

but this leaves me to believe that not all people see the same thing in the game and a few on the field even called you a "one shot wonder"   but im thinking maby when we over shoot 3 or 4 times befor getting the range they dont even know about being shot at and thinking they killed me with one shot,  ive even made some one shot long distance kills, (pure luck)  and then a person 10 miles away on the top of a mountain kills me with one shot.  so dont be mad at me for seeing what i saw

I have had some problems like this as well. I have been hit while behind hills and have be hit while behind hedgerows. It can be frustrating but I think it has happened to everyone at some point. And agree with you in the fact that everyone does not see the same thing all the time.

i agree with you totally,   theres times when you think your behind a hill but the top of your turret is showing is a dead giveaway,  and of corse you can lob shells over hills at a distance, (well known fact there) sometimes you can shoot throug hedge groves,  you can drive through the edges so if your fender is showing or anypart of you i can hit i can probly make a kill on you.   hay i probly shot you down behind the hedge with one lucky shot that is determand by damage by the computers,  dont hate me for it its part of the game and get me back for doing it,   do you want me to get out in the open so you can have a clear open shot and let you have the kill for free,  think not but a HO one to one  find the range first and a kill,  thats the best way.

as for thise glitches i await to hear from hawkey on this,  and i know the name and if its the same persone i know hies true to his name and i respect as being honest and didnt bad mouth another player as i was told,

i once thought about wanting to be top dog in a gv, then i realized what i would have to do to get that honer,  well its not an  honer to camp VH's and spawns with no point in getting the base,  theres no honer in that,
camping a VH just to get kills is a low life person in respect,  i wont do it to get kill scores,  doesnt mean anything in my book,  the US troups are fighting people that kill just to kill and we know who they are,  were not like them.

if your setting sliders are adjusted far enough you will always see where a gv is.you wont see the hills or trees but you will see every gv moving so even if they try coming through the trees or behind buildings or hills they can still be seen.

this is the one major problem for gvs

I got called out for shooting through a hill recently. Some guy, Shrek or Shreck I think, was hiding behind a slope killing another guy that was trying to find him. I just sat with my engine off listening and waiting for him to move into the open.
When he did he got behind a hill obviously thinking the only threat was coming from the spawn hanger. He didn't know I was in the woods by the map room just waiting. I was 90 degrees from where he thought I was and when I killed him he goes on ch200 and said 'That was BS Flatbar, you shot me through a hill". I just laughed it off and typed "You should have kept in your hidey hole".

Some people need to learn that situational awareness is just as important on the ground as in the air.

I'm usually in the top 30 GVers every camp and I rarely spawn camp (maybe once or twice a month and usually only for about 5-7 kills each time... nothing compared to my camp totals) and never camp VH's.  Most of my kills come on defense without ever leaving the base.  Go for it.  You don't need to compromise your integrity.
