The VF-31 Tomcatters have grown alot and have decided to add another wing to accommodate for the growing numbers of Catters.

JoeDog31 is still the CO & I am still the XO, just added another wing for more players is all.

Recruiting is still on hold for awhile until we get settled in.

Now for the question, how do I submit an insignia/nose art for the new wing?

Does the insignia need to be approved?

How/What do I do to make the insignia show up in game?

The person that started the wing is the CO of that squad and is the one that needs to upload the art from the squad page on the clipboard in the officers club of any base. It must 64 X 64 pixels(or less I think).

It will take a few days to be approved/added to game and it is more about content than anything. There is a squad that flies one of our nose arts w/o permission and HTC aproved it. They just want it to be PC I guess. So it shouldn't matter that it is simular to your 1st squad's(wing).

cc that. And .bmp format right? I'd rather use .png so I can interlace (w/o a background).

I scaled it down in photoshop and it's pixeld to much.

Another thing I'm having a prob. w/ besides the resolution is the 256 color thing [shrug]

Ratt if it's the same as the original just put your name on it (copy) put it in the squads folder and upload it in the game thru the oclub/ squads, or are you making it different?

Good luck and from 880 Squadron, good to see another naval squad in AH.

YaX, that's the original insignia & I have tried uploading it but it says that it must be 256 color.
