Hey Guys, I'm having a real problem with the film viewer. It locks up every time I try to use it. I cant review my flights or training sessions. I have uninstalled the game, and reinstalled. Still same problem. When it locks up, I cant exit out of the window, I have to to the right click on the bottom to close it. Most of the time I cant even open the film, it locks up just sitting there. Windows shows it as non responsive. Could this be a duel core issue. Whats the fix. I have no problems with any aspects of the game itself. All runs smooth. Any help would be appreciated.

Since this is the second time I've posted this, and no one seems to have an answer. Is there a tech support I can call to work it out. Since everyone else's seems to work, it has to be a settings issue on my end.

Make sure you do not have too many files in the 'films' folder.  That can cause a lot of problems.

Are you trying to open older films?  The film viewer uses the same configuration files as the game does.  We do this to try and keep them actng consistently.

Push comes to shove, rename the 'HTC' folder, then reinstall the game.  Do not move anything from the old folder until you test out the configuration to make sure it is working.  SImply doing a re-install will not remove the files that have been added since the game's installation.

Thanks Skuzzy, TC, an d Panzer. That worked perfectly. I renamed the old HTC file to HTC1 and reinstalled. Everything ran perfectly. Placed my sounds and setting folder to the new, all still OK. But now in the add remove programs, there is only one AH Program to remove. Do I just delete the Old HTC folder, or is there a way to uninstall the previous.
Thanks for all the Help. Now I can review my Rolex trainings, and I'll Be gunnin for ya TC.

Well remember when I said everything was great? Disregard that. As soon as I went online, the game started downloading skins etc. Now the viewer is back to as it was before. Locks up as soon as it starts...
