Best Dogfight in Long time

Normally I only see Spits or La's over Bish fields, but tonight did something weird. Took off in a Me 109k as ive flown the entire tour (and love this plane to death) and climbed to my usual 18k - Yeah I prefer to fly above the horde of poptart spits and La's at 15k over this certain bish field.

Anyhow Im cruising along happy as a clam and behold, P-51 and P-47 together at 17k, lone Me 109 vs two of american finest. You could tell from short distance both dropped tanks so I knew it was going to be a fight.

After about a good 10 minutes of flip flopping around, I drove both p51 and p47 to the deck and went home low on fuel, dunno who was in those 2 planes, but you both gave me one hell of a headache, I get on one's 6, other comes around on me, couldn't get close enough for tater shots.

To those that run actual air combat patrols

I had one with a 262 yesterday. He made about 5 passes by me, I was in KI-67s, and I pulled out every trick I knew. He hit me once or twice and I hit him pretty good but he made it to a nearby base. I landed all 3 to so it was a draw, but a heckuva fight all around.

Last good fight I had was againt Batfink's Mossi. Was a short. violent fight, but was as fun as they get. That fight was a while back (2-3 months ago, I think, not to good with remembering dates), and haven't had a good one since.

no offense rich, but that's not the kind of 'good fight' we're talking about...

I had some good fights with Diver8up and WT666 from the bishops the other day.  They were some of the best fights I have had in a while.  Stand up guys also even if they are Bish.  :)   Was fun!!!
