Rear View Mirrors

Being a new guy to Ace's High.  But an old Air Warrior guy.  The first thing I noticed that is significantly different from AW.  There aren't any rear view mirrors in the fighters?  It is driving me nuts.  And I haven't flown online for 10 years.   So how about some rear view mirrors.
