Hey gowan. There hasent been a Ju52 thread in a few months. Heres something pathetic, someone not knowing the historical value of this plane. For half the work we could have a german trasport and an earlywar bomber.

Tante Ju (Ju-52) would be a great addition and an armed (even weakly so) option to C-47.
Furthermore, it could be used in many special events.

And it is a very charismatic (if not out right beautiful) plane of 1930's :)

Hehehe, you thought C47s were slow? The Ju52's top speed is around 150mph. It's not a good airplane in and of itself. Rather, I think it was a historic innovation when it came out, and instead of keeping with the innovation-making, they just kept marvelling at their (now outdated) wonderplane.

Ah well, I wouldn't mind seeing it in AH, but I bet for flight time I'd still take the C-47 9 times out of 10.

C-47s often land or circle around while waiting for the right moment to go in for the capture. I'd prolly choose Tante Ju just for the style of it ;) It would be a bit like landing kills in EWA planes at LWA.

...and of course its troops should wear gray uniforms ;)

Maybe its slowness could be compensated by allowing 15 troops in it?

Not to mention, it would be the first tri-motor in the game!

Then we could add the SM-79 Italian bomber also tri-motor.
