What is the difference between...

World Relative and World Pointing in the film viewer.

I understand plane relative and can use that with some success, but if I try World Relative or World Pointing I seem to film more ground and runway than anything.

Trying to setup a shot with the squad taking off and I just want the camera to sit on the runway and slowly pan as they take off.

I have no idea what any of them mean. I just use the one that woeks best :) . Film Shots are a real pain in the arse to set up, but after a few hundred tries you can probly get it to work.

That is a good question though. What is the difference?

I've tried playing with it myself and really haven't come close to mastering the camera shots other than plane relative.  It'd be nice if there was a write up as the tutorial in the patch release only explained plane relative.  Someone must know how it works (coders that is) if they wrote the code for it :)

Pyro had a right-up on it, but half way through I was more confused than when I started. I decieded to try and master it like I do all things: Just Wing It!!

Yes Pyro did. Just covered the very basics, nothing else.

I am spending some time with it. Will post some results over Christmas break.

I looked at the read-me file. But that gives more less light on the subject.... I just stick to recording different angles, and hope it works with the music :lol
