Lancaster Load Out
« on: December 20, 2007, 01:21:47 PM »
OK i was watching Top 10 bombers and the Lancaster was # 5 but it said it a had a big boy bomb. It was a 20,000lb bomb. There were 10,000lb bombs 2 on the Lancaster. Also 5,000 lb bombs. Why can't we get these load outs.

Im pretty sure that this forum is owned by HiTech. Unless you know something I dont.

BTW, HT has come right out and said that there will be NO bombs bigger than the 4000lb bomb we have for the Lancaster (and the Ju87)

The Grand Slam and Tall Boy were used once or twice on bridges and submarine pens. It was far from a common loadout and the Lancasters had to be modified to carry them.

Shut up Pacman. Your nothing but a whiner in game. I killed your M3 AFTER you take a base and you whine, consistently.

Grow up, spell, use grammar, and go work at McDonalds. I hear they are looking for 14 year old football jocks that don't play soccer and are really buff to work in China. Might be a perfect fit for you.

1) Lancaster had to modified.  Correct.
2) Far from common loadout.  Correct.
3) Only dropped once or twice.  Incorrect.

If I recall correctly, 44 Grand Slams were dropped and over 200 Tall Boys.

Then don't post a thread asking for opinions only to dismiss them like a little twit.

While you're at it, learn how to use the search function on these forums.  If you had, you would have seen the numerous thread about this very subject along with HiTech's reply that a largest bomb option won't exceed 4,000 pounds.
