Old puter died right after thanksgiving.

Parts finally arrived for the new one.

Asrock Conroe 1333 sata 2 Mboard

Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33 CPU

2 Gig of Crucial ram

Western Digital Sata HD
Liteon SATA Dvd

I went with a Radeon 2600xt video card by MSI, I have to say I've been pretty impressed with it. I really like the passive heat sink on the back side of the card.

Monitor refresh is at 75, fps in AH is 75 with once and a while a dip to 73, then right back up again. In short, it ROCKS the house.

Yeah, but does it julienne fries?

Everything seems to be working so far Krusty.

There is NOTHING like the feeling of flying AH with a new fast computer. Its so SMOOTH!
