Mark's never said anything negative to me.  Must have been a bad day, or they said something to him as well.

I have often thought this would be a great addition to stats. At one time I made a list of pilots that I shot down in fights (not counting the ones that I shot down by sneaking up on them) and those that shot me down in a real fight (not those that got me by sneaking up). Just to see how I am comparing to those in each direction. I have since stopped adding to the list but it would still be nice to be able to check occasionally.

Odd you mention this as I just got done readind an email from a squaddie who had a "vet" player do exactly the same thing to him last night.  (No I will not name names)

By your definition his is one.   If he did it to ME, then yes, he would be.   However, most don't see through his ball busting on 200.    Sweet hijack attempt btw.  

Again, I am one of the few who has known Mark as a numbers guy, when he started.    I gave him some tips and pointers and he is now an excellent virtual pilot.   It is also due to nothing that I told him about.
