Next year's US probe will have imaging precise enough to resolve the actual equipment...  It's too bad the japanese couldn't do it - the tinfoil hatters will just accuse the US of prolonging the conspiracy..
As far as I know, neither the future Indian probe, nor the present Chinese probes are capable of imaging even the landing module either.
