ok now i am not whining or complaining. i am asking this so i can understand eny a little better. my question is why is there no eny at this time for this arena?

Because the threshold hasn't been crossed. 38% to 28% isn't sufficient. But you can already see a tiny 0.2 ENY. And it will not need a much bigger difference between bish and knight %'s to get ENY above 5.

It would be nice if you could do a search for three-letter terms so "ENY" could be used . . . but I digress.

Best I remember it, ENY is calculated based off of the difference between the %Total of the higher side vs. the lowest side.  The differential here between the Bish and Knights is only 10.1%, resulting in a small 0.2 ENY penalty to the Bishops.

I'm not sure it is quite that simple (i.e. it might take the differential of both other countries into account), but it is a good shorthand for what to look for when there either is or is not an ENY penalty.
