I am not an htc staff member. I am a player that contributes artwork to the game. you were muted by 10 or more players who saw you acuse me of beign a hacker.

the logs will show at the time you were muted by 10 players you called me a hacker.

you can call me anything you want but when you call me a hacker I will take action and others will back me up.

I will under no circumstances tolerate any accusations of hacking and all who would wrongly accuse me of this will be player muted by myself and my friends.

i have never discod and only have 3 discos when my wife turned off my pc because i have been an addict lately.

my connection is cable and it is completely flatline and solid.

I recommend this also Jolly, Im sure there is always 2 sides to every story, but Im also sure that fester is not totally innocent either, but u really cant say a whole lot without proof.

Ive known from personal experience that some of these guys really take this game to seriously and do have a superiority complex in this game and are sensitive to what u say to them.

A better choice of words would have been to say hey u in the K4 u are lagging u might want to relog, but i also do not see how u did not know it was Fester when u clearly said that he shot u down??.

Maybe your choice of words wasnt taken to heart, and maybe he did get a gang of people to mute u to get u booted. But like i said there are always 2 sides to every story and without proof there isnt much u can do.

Seems kind of strange that 10+ folks would instantly report him for something that almost NOBODY would use the report system for.... Kind of like an abuse of the reporting tool... Hrm....

Not saying I was there or know wtf went on, but c'mon folks, instantly spam-abusing the report tool? Doesn't matter if he did call somebody a cheater. Last I heard it wasn't a dirty word, not even on the filter list.

I had nothing to do with getting you booted off the server. I did have somthing to do with you being muted I am sure. so did a lot of other people.

and as to your warp accusations. I remember our fight very clearly.

I bounced your ki84 and you glued on to my six. I tried turning with your ki84 and was easily out turned and dove for the deck and ran like a biatch.

heres a piece of information you have selectively ommited...

a friendly plane dove in to clear my six and you broke to avoid him. at the time you were 200 yards off my six.

when you made a climbing right hand turn i turned back on you as well and was immediately in firing position on you and I fired and shot you. you died because you screwed up fighting a 2 vs 1 and broke off your pursuit on me and put yourself in a position where i could easily fire on you. I remember what I was thinking that split second you pulled up and turned... "big mistake"

but you compounded this mistake by saying nice warp when every plane including mine and yours was steady. your failing to observe me underneath your plane in its high G climbing turn is understandable.

I however was not in a good mood. I have been called a hack once to often and you pushed my buttons.

I appologize for my choice of words but my sentiment remains the same. I enjoyed watching your plane catch fire and disintigrate and using my every day roofer vocabulary informed you of this.

your next words were an accusation of me deliberately warping and you explicitely called me a hacker.

my next action was to rant over range channel on vox... "that bastard just called me a hack im dot reporting that mother"

a lot of other people agreed with me and also reported you.

so get this into your skull. drop the hack accusations or be a mute unable to speak. nobodies going to put up with it anymore after we have witnessed a true hacker try to destroy a game we all enjoy and get so worked up about.

its not funny or cute anymore.
