OK, while it's not a Brittney clamshot or Lindsay coked up, it's probably not a good idea to take makeout pics with your BFF.
Cyrus claims they were "just two girls at a sleepover". (cough)

While Cyrus claims she wasn't into it, the other one seems to be completely aware of the situation.
