Earlier today had over a 20 minute engagement with a L-gay7 in my 109f4. You started out on my 6 tryin to pick me and turned into 20 minute turn and burn, either of us getting any advantage, second I get on your 6 you'd extend till I started climbing away then you'd turn around to re-engage me.

Was fun, sadly only had 25 x 20mm rounds to play with so had to make my shots fair, dunno if you fired off your entire 450 rounds thats why you left, but I was outa gas so i broke and left same time you did.

Interesting fight, sorry I didnt film it.

Anyway, it is good that you enjoyed it eh?  thats what the game is all about.

Had a similary fight yesterday. Knights (or Bishop, I forget who) had a mass B-26 with P-47 escort mission going. I upped a 190A-8, found a lone P-47, we went head-on, I Immelmaned, and he extended. I mean REALLY extended. He musta had WEP on and was diving slightly and never even had the slightest thought in his mind to turn in any direction.



Musta been a fun fight. 20 minutes, 109 vs L *cough* gay *cough* -7!

Maybe the LA was sitting with idling engine on runway or rearmpad and Adonai botched every vulching attempt for 20 mins?
