AMD Phenom Performance

I'm considering building a new pc with the AMD Phenom 9500 cpu.  Has there been any testing with this CPU?  Does the TLB bug cause any trouble?  If so, I'll drop down to a 6400+ and wait for the next revision of the Phenom.

Don't know what the TLB bug is.

However, I read a review on the 9500 and it wasn't real positive.

Also, I don't think there are too many programs that utilize the quad core.

That's what little I know.
