I figured it out!  You cannot load heavy shells into box A

Click on the button that says 'ship' right above your force menu, and it will change to 'armament status'. Then, when you select the gun on the weapons' list, it will bring down the next menu for shell types. Then, when you select the shell type, it will bring down yet another mini-list, asking how many binds' of shells to load.Take as many as you can afford in weight/credits/space, then click 'set'.

You should be able to, but you'll be limited by: The amount of space you have left over in that mounting from the gun, the excess displacement you have, and money(if you are running short.)

By inflicting damage in battle, you get more based on things' like winning the battle, or staying till' it's all over.

I assume you can buy credits too with real money? That's how most "free" games companies earn a living.

Not really the credit's themselves, but all the neat little extras that improve your ship's abilities, and also Prem. accounts' that give you more credits' per game.

I played NF for a minute or two. It's just so hard to lvl up without paying for the game that I never found it worth dedicating much time.

The graphics and game play was just too dated and cartoonish for me. Too bad, the concept is intriguing.
