My updated wishlist...wishful thinking

Planes I'd like to see added.

-K-43 for all the reasons mentioned in the other thread.  Glaring hole in the planeset for an early war scenario/Snapshots involving the PTO.

-P-39 Another early-midwar bird that served in every theater of the war.  The skinning options and the scenario/snapshot options would make it worthwhile and I do believe in the low alt airwar of AH it would do just fine.

-Buffalo-One for the Finn's and it too would be useful in early war scenario/snapshots.  Fin-Rus, CBI, Midway.  I think there are enough folks who would take the challenge of flying it to make it worthwhile.

-He-111  Time for this one again for all the potential scenario/snapshot use.  I think the LW junkies would fly it in the MA too.

-Beaufighter  Another that saw service all over in a variety of roles.  Scenario/snapshot use from the CBI to PTO to MTO/ETO to attacks on shipping in Norway.  Skinners would have a field day.  I do believe this bird in particular would get a lot of MA use.

-PBY  Kind of a guilty pleasure wish again for scenario/snapshot use but also imagining it based out of ports and with some offensive capability it would get some MA use.  Considering all the times I end up in the drink in a broken 38, the option to rescue pilots would come in handy for me in particular :)

-I-16  Gotta have something to fight those 109Es and Buffalos with.  Another guilty pleasure wish.  I think it would be great fun to dive into a latewar crowd in one and turn circles with them.

Update the P40s.   Add the Merlin P40F so all those MTO USAAF groups could get skinned as well as the Guadalcanal P40s.  Add the P40N so the midwar Pacfic P40s could get skinned and the lighter P40 could compete better.

Add the 109E7 to the 109 line up with DT and bomb lugging capability.  Also the bird for the MTO/North Africa prior to the 109Fs arrival.

And if you have the time, but only because i like em, the 38H and Spit XII would be nice too.  I can live with out em, but you know.....:D

2 Additions to that list...

Yak-3/7 (3 as a must, 7 as a hopeful)
Mig-1/3 (Mostly the 3, but the 1 would be nice)
Axis C.O. for Battle of the Dnieper, Winter '43

I think a more representative early VVS plane (rather than the super fast Mig3 or the super uber yak3) would be the LaGG series.

Much of the Yak-3s were late '44 or '45 planes. Very uber. We have the uber late ware planes already. We need to fill the early gaps. The Mig-3 would be much more suitable for the early war planeset. They had well over a thousand in service by the time Barbarossa came around. Ironically made for high alt speed (40,000 ft service ceiling), the soviet war was mostly at low altitudes, so the plane might also see use in the MA as a bomber interceptor or some such.
