Daddog's sticky at the top has most of the details and expectations for a frame CiC. It can be found at http://forums.hitechcreations.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=154067

In general, the admin CM issues objectives to both sides by Sat or Sunday night before the frame. It is expected that the CiC then communicate with their side's squads and get orders out by Wednesday evening. The communication to the squads should be in the form of 1st: ride/mission preference and just a general ack that the CiC acknowledges objectives for their side and that they are working on the plan. It is common courtesy that the squad CO/XOs that get an email from the CiC respond promptly to help the CiC in their planning effort.

Sometimes the process gets interrupted by real life issues of the CiC team or objectives needing clarification, but please strive for orders to the squads by Wednesday evening. If it looks like you are not going to get the orders out by Wednesday evening, please communicate with your Side and the Admin CM to inform them of this.

Once the frame CiC for your side has completed his orders he will email them to the squad C.O's & X.O's, this usually happans 2-4 days before the frame.
