Can someone tell me the exact amount of ordnance it takes to kill a CV and escort ships? It has occured to me on several occasions that 1 1000 pounder direct center hit did not destroy the ship. I was in a B25H today cleaning up escort ships with HE rounds and 3 1000 lbers. I deacked all the ships with the cannon then tried to sink them. I drop a bomb on the ship and got a direct hit and the ship survived. So i dropped another 1k bomb (direct center hit) and it sank. So it took over 2k of ord to kill the smallest escort ship.

cv needs 8k, cruiser 2k, not totally sure of the destroyers
