How are the CiC's for each frame picked?

I'm not sure the Nightmare's have pulled there weight in respect to planning FSO's for the last twelve month's so I just want to make sure we even have a formula

Yes we have a formula.

1.5oz of Don Julio Anejo
1oz of Grand Marnier
Juice of one lime
Sweet and Sour mix
Ice (chrushed)
Salt on rim.

Stir drink and repeat. Until dart hits name on dart board. (MGD is in the bullseye.)

Daddog, gave me the recipe.

Actually,

We have an Excel spreadsheet system that has been in place for a couple of years. It tracks who has been CiC, and attendance.

Vmf-101 was CiC in "Bangkok or Bust" in September. You were probably due this time, and will most likely have the duty next event.
