The great thing about Vegas is it's relatively convienient to meet anywhere (besides the desert)...but The Rio seems a good fit as the restaraunts are amongst the most reasonable in town, and if we hang out at the Rio Video Poker Bar....we're talking free drinks (yeah buddy).
The game in Vegas with the lowest takeout is video poker, so for the free drinks, it's the best value for the buck.
Can you even imagine a bunch of cyber pilots in Vegas with cool free entertainment and free drinks??The only downside to the Rio is that after 11PM or so the place gets INVADED with members of the worlds' oldest profession (no....I'm not talking about FARMING). I haven't had any "problems" with them, and they are a hoot to play video poker with.
There is a free shuttle to The Rio from any Harrahs owned property (Harrahs, Caesars, etc) so for a buck tip to the shuttle driver, you can get there from most anywhere in town dirt cheap.
Nuttmeister: It would be AWESOME to have members of Precision (+) in the house. The 68th Lighting Lancers and (+) have taken a lot of bases together...PLEASE come and bring some friends!
I will take a boatload of photos and post them here so the Finns will see them, ditch their annual Helsinki get-together, pony up for the airfare and come to our Las Vegas AH party.
