Ok, you're in a la7. You have 90 rounds left. You've been stalking a Lancaster on his way to you're HQ for 10 min. You get ready to move in for the kill, when you spot a C-47 making it's way from an enemy base.

What do you do?

  • Dive and kill the goon?

With my superior skills, kill the lanc with 1 round (pilot kill) then peck away at the C47 control surface by control surface and watch it auger because it has no elevators.

It depends.  If I'm over 20k, I'll dive in on the C-47 tearing my wings off in the process and giving the goon pilot a maneuver kill.

If I'm under 20k, I'd much rather try to hang the plane at the edge of a stall some 500 yards behind the lanc.

Kill the Lanc if you can, call in the C-47 on the radio. Most likely though you will have plenty of time to kill the C-47 yourself after the Lanc flicks you off his tail.

The first thing I would do is bail! After I realized I was in an La-7 I would know I had made my first mistake! I would go to the hanger after getting out of my chute and get a P-51D. Then I would simply go up again and kill everythng........ See life is not that hard

using sense:
Id go for the lanc and call the c47.
I love killing c47s but if the lanc hits dar finding the c47 would be very tricky for anyone to find.
And i hate no dar.
gut reation:
Dive like a lunatic and pump every last round into it and watch the lovely fireball as you fly through it
