and according to this it's AGAINST the LAW...........

Now that elections will be going into full swing after the primaries... keep an eye out for the so-called "free speech zones" used in the past by both the RNC and DNC, and repeatedly over the years by Bush.



...and while we're on the subject, here's an interesting paper on the subject of freedom of expression.

hmmm Title 18 U.S.C. section 242, seems it could be used to send some politicians to prison, for passing laws that violate The Constitution of the U.S. of A.
or send LEOs to prison, for enforcing unconstitutional laws.

Muzzling means interfering with a person's sacred First Amendment freedom of speech for partisan political purposes.  Not to be confused with Skuzzling, which means interfering with a person's sacred First Amendment freedom of speech for  breaking forum rule #5.:rolleyes:

First amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Skuzzy is not Congress.  He can make any rules he wants to.
