Most annoying part is that it comes with an "intel report" written and illustrated like it was an EFSF publication- but its completely in Japanese. I'd love to be able to read it, but I don't (naturally) speak or read any Japanese, nor do I know anyone who could translate it.
Know a girl who's currently in Japanese at our college. Scan it up and I'll huck it at her for you, if you like.
someday you guys are gonna be seriously embarrassed with this whole anime thing.
yet.. now.. some of you laugh at the trekies and star wars geeks. To most of us.. their is no difference.
I don't laugh at "trekkies" unless they're running around in makeup and costumes pretending to blast
phasers at each other and call up Spock on their
communicators. I don't laugh at the anime culture until their galavanting around in their overdone
cosplay either. (Click that link though, some great jailbait)
Every media culture has those who like to watch it, play with it, take interest in it, and socialize about it. Every media culture also has those who want to show the world just how insanely (and usually unhealthily) they're into it. It all depends on where you sit whether or not people ought to laugh at you or not.
