Kill Hits % and Damage Hit % in Attack mode

I understand that kill hits % in fighter mode is the % of my shots that hit an enemy plane (GVs too?) and that hits on buildings, field guns etc. count as misses in the fighter mode hits%.

What do kills hit % and damage hit % represent in attack mode.  My attack kills hit % is 38.8.  Is that the total % that all of my MG rounds, bombs, and rockets hit a plane, building, gun, etc.?  
My damage hit % is 88.28.  What does that represent?

In attack mode your kills hit percentage counts every bullet you fire whether you hit a GV, plane, ack, town building, strat target etc that is all scored under your kills hit percentage. Your damage hit percentage is all your bombs and rockets.
